Sound for Promoting Sleep
Overview
Investigated the relationship between sound and sleep quality through user-centered research. The project included a survey to identify sound preferences for relaxation and a sleep study to evaluate the impact of selected auditory stimuli, aiming to enhance sleep quality using sound design.
